حمالة صدر رياضية غير مبطنة من EFFECTINN 1210_02

Finally found a sports bra for jumping rope that doesn't shift around mid-workout; the compression feels secure yet the fabric still flexes when I reach overhead. Being non-padded is a plus for me, just one less layer to adjust between sets.

The wide shoulder straps don't dig in at all, even after an hour of running. It holds everything in place without feeling tight, which is exactly what I wanted from a non padded bra.

I was worried a non padded bra wouldn't give enough support for jumping jacks, but the compression really holds everything in place. The wide shoulder straps never dig in either, even after a full hour of running.
