The compression is just right for my HIIT classes—no bouncing but I can still breathe easily. I love that the wide straps don't dig into my shoulders like my old bras did.

The wide shoulder straps really stay put during yoga and don't dig in, which is a nice change. I just wish the fabric breathed a bit more during intense sweat sessions, but for moderate workouts it's solid.
